Does my accounts package still work with this?
Yes. Market Run reads Xero and writes back to it. Nothing about your accounts package changes, and your customers never see or use Market Run directly - every screen they get is a link that just opens.
Do my customers have to install anything?
No. Restaurants and kitchens keep ordering exactly as they already do, almost always on WhatsApp. There is no app, login or portal on their side, ever.
