Why we built it
We did not imagine a wholesaler's night. We sat in one.
Market Run was not designed in a room. It was built inside one working fruit and veg wholesaler, using four years of its own real orders.
Titan Studio AI Ltd is the company that builds Market Run, custom built software for food wholesalers. Rather than design a product first and look for a buyer, it sat inside one real wholesale business, read four years of its own orders, and built the system around exactly what that business already does. Every warehouse it builds for after gets the same treatment.
What a night actually is
Nobody had written any of it down.
These hours are not a design. They are what the real order and buying history shows, and why this product is built around a clock.
22:00
The busiest hour for orders. They arrive as WhatsApp messages, in whatever words the kitchen uses, at whatever time the chef remembers.
23:34
The buying desk starts splitting the next day across suppliers, before the book has even closed.
23:59
The book closes. Whatever is in is what goes out.
00:39
The drop list goes up.
04:20
The buyers are on the market floor.

It ran, and it ran well, because the people who ran it knew it by heart. That is exactly why no software had ever fitted it.
So we read all of it
Four years of WhatsApp, opened.
Not a sample. Not a survey. Every message the kitchens ever sent, checked against the catalogue.
- 47,936
messages read
Four years of the group chats, opened and structured.
- 197,758
order lines read out of them
Every line the kitchens ever sent, put against the catalogue.
- 317
pricing arrangements nobody had written down
Real, consistent, honoured every day, and recorded nowhere except in the people who ran it.
- 81
delivery rules found in the order history
Which customers take which days, which door, where goods are left when nobody is in.
317 pricing arrangements were real, kept every single day, and written down nowhere at all.
They lived in one man's head. No template would have found them. They could only come from the business's own history, because that is where they lived.
Why we build one at a time
Every warehouse is different. The differences are the business.
A night is a hundred small decisions that are yours alone. None of them fit a template. None of them ever could.
- Which customers take which days, and which door they take them at
- Who gets the 4kg bag, and who will only take the 20kg
- Which supplier you buy onions from, and which one you would never buy herbs from
- What happens when nobody is at the door at six in the morning
- Who gets chased on day seven, and who never gets chased at all
- The words your kitchens use for things, which are not the words in any catalogue
What you are normally offered
Buy a system, then change how you work to suit it. Retrain your desk. Change how you price. Fit your vans to somebody else's template.
What we do instead
We watch how your night already runs, and we build that. Your words, your packs, your rounds, your rules, your suppliers. You change nothing.
Shown, not claimed
The software found the pattern. A person still decides.
81 delivery rules came out of the order history, each with proof of where it came from. Not one was switched on by itself. Every one went to a person first.

Who builds it
What people ask about Titan Studio AI.
Who builds Market Run?
Titan Studio AI Ltd, a UK company registered in England and Wales. Market Run was built inside one working fruit and veg wholesaler, using four years of its own real orders, not designed in a room first and sold afterwards.
Why not buy an off-the-shelf wholesale system instead?
Because 317 real pricing arrangements and 81 delivery rules lived in one person's head and nowhere else. A template has no field for either, so it makes a wholesaler change to fit the software. We build the software to fit the wholesaler.
Does Titan Studio AI only build for one wholesaler?
No. What was learned inside one real wholesale business - the order, the buy, the pick, the van, the proof, the invoice, the money - is built the same way for every warehouse: from scratch, on how that business actually works.
What we are actually offering
Custom built for your operations. From scratch.
We learn how you work, then automate exactly that. No changes. No jargon. No extra systems.
